About Lyra Care

Lyra Care was founded on the grounds of compassion and empathy, lifting the community into the constellation of care, connection, and possibility.

Lyra is named for the constellation whose brightest star has guided travellers for centuries — steady, visible, and easy to trust when the way forward isn't obvious. That's the role we set out to play for the people we support across Western Sydney, NSW: a fixed point of reliability in a system that can otherwise feel complicated.

We started with a simple belief — that support should see a person's whole life, not just their plan. From personal care and household help to getting out into community life and building new skills, our team works alongside participants to grow independence at their pace, not ours.

Every person we support is different, and every plan looks different because of it. What stays constant is how we show up: with patience, respect, and the kind of consistency that lets trust build over time. That's the care we set out to build, and the care we're proud to deliver.
