Life Skills Development
Life Skills Development builds participants' everyday capabilities, such as budgeting, cooking, and communication, to grow independence over time.
This support is for participants working toward greater independence in daily life. We work alongside each person to build practical skills that matter to them, at a pace that builds confidence rather than pressure.
Examples of support include:
- Budgeting and managing money day-to-day
- Cooking and meal-planning skills
- Communication and self-advocacy skills
- Using technology and public transport independently
- Planning and organising daily routines
